- Inspection and cleaning of your system during service visits (air filters included sizes needed)
- Same day scheduling & emergency service
- Full coverage for labor on repairs due to equipment failure
- 15% discount on additional system installation
Silver
- The benefits include: 2 visits a year for 3 years.
- Inspection and cleaning of your system during service visits (air filters included sizes needed)
- Next-day scheduling & emergency service
- 10% discount on all parts for repairs and upgrades
- 5% discount on additional system installation
All Plans Include the following :Check the condenser coil to determine if it needs cleaning -Check all wiring and connections to controls and electrical connections -Check blower/ blower belt wear, tension, and adjust -Check voltage and amperage draw on all motors with meter -Check compressor contactor -Visually inspect compressor -Check start capacitor and potential relay -Check pressure switch cut-out setting -Install gauges & check operating pressures -Check refrigerant (freon) level and advise if adjustments necessary up to 1 lbs included with membership -Check condensate drain and pan then advise of any discrepancies -Check expansion valve and coil temperature. Must have at least one visit a year to keep plan in effect!
